HATHA YOGA

In Shakti Yoga, Hatha Yoga is practised as it was derived from a yogic tradition maintained in its full purity and vibrancy since ancient times. The class is being conducted under the supervision of highly trained teacher Mr Jaspal Singh who got inclined towards it when suffering from a deadly disease and came out of it without taking any medicine some 12 years back.  He teaches Hatha Yoga asanas in its full depth and dimension giving each and every minute detail of the asanas. They are practised under his guidance to not merely achieve physical strength but also to bring out a holistic transformation over the body and mind,  thus to experience ultimate bliss.
