Kid's Yoga

KIDS YOGA

The  day infant is born, you will see a great yoga master in him. Cobra pose, downward dog pose, child pose are one of the favourite postures you will a six month old baby doing with great ease. 

Kids yoga is the need of an hour considering the juggling of kids between their homework to other extra curricular activities of the school, peer pressure to academics, distractions to other fear and insecurities. 

To stop them becoming a pressure cooker anymore and to make them aware of their superpowers, kids yoga is the ultimate solution.
